Terms of service

The agreement

By using Rankli (run by Revvance Group, LLC), you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What we do

We run an automated Google review system on your behalf: SMS review requests to your completed customers, review responses on every new review, and negative-review escalation routed to your team before reviews go public. We operate within your GBP using the access you grant us. You remain the primary owner of every profile at all times.

What you do

You give us accurate information about your business, timely access to the profiles we're managing, and a way to reach you when something needs your input. You're responsible for the accuracy of the underlying business facts (services, hours, license info).

Billing

Monthly fees are charged in advance on the same day of the month your subscription started. If a setup fee is agreed to for a custom engagement, it is charged once at kickoff. All payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments are retried automatically; if unresolved after 7 days, we pause the service.

Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice via email to cody@rankli.app. Setup fees (where charged) are non-refundable once kickoff has occurred.

Brand voice, compliance, and approvals

During kickoff we document your brand voice, any regulatory rules that apply to your industry (bar advertising rules for law firms, HIPAA for healthcare, FINRA for financial, state licensing rules for trades, etc.), escalation contacts, and anything you don't want posted. By default we operate inside those rules without asking, which is what we're hired for. You can require approval-before-publish at any time.

What we won't do

• Solicit fake reviews or incentivize reviews in ways that violate Google's policies.
• Attack competitors in review responses or Q&A.
• Misrepresent your services or pricing.
• Write anything that violates the regulatory rules that apply to your industry, or that implies a guarantee of outcome.
• Offer professional advice to inbound questioners. Questions that require your direct expertise (legal, medical, financial, or anything case-specific) are routed to your intake team, not answered by us.

Text messaging program

When you give us your mobile number on this website (through a form or the chat widget) and opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Rankli (a Revvance Group, LLC property) at that number, including messages sent with an automatic telephone dialing system. The program sends conversational replies, appointment and account updates, and occasional offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Trademarks

Google Business Profile, Google, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Any business names referenced on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. Rankli is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any business referenced. Rankli is a marketing vendor; nothing on this site is legal, medical, or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

We'll do careful, professional work, but we can't guarantee specific ranking, review, or lead outcomes (nobody who makes that promise is telling the truth). To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Revvance Group, LLC is organized. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in that jurisdiction.
