Terms of service

The agreement

By using Rankli (run by Revvance Group, LLC), you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

What we do

We manage Google Business Profile activity on your behalf — reviews, posts, Q&A, photos, and, on the Dominate plan, Google Local Services Ads. We operate within your GBP using the access you grant us. You remain the primary owner of every profile at all times.

What you do

You give us accurate information about your business, timely access to the profiles we're managing, and a way to reach you when something needs your input. You're responsible for the accuracy of the underlying business facts (services, hours, license info).

Billing

Monthly fees are charged in advance on the same day of the month your subscription started. Setup fees are charged once at kickoff. All payments are processed by Stripe. Failed payments are retried automatically; if unresolved after 7 days, we pause the service.

Monthly plans are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days' notice via email to cody@rankli.app. Setup fees are non-refundable once kickoff has occurred.

Brand voice and approvals

During kickoff we document your brand voice, escalation rules, and anything you don't want posted. By default we operate inside those rules without asking — that's what we're hired for. You can request approval-before-publish at any time; Multi and Dominate plans include a standing weekly preview.

What we won't do

• Solicit fake reviews or incentivize reviews in ways that violate Google's policies.
• Attack competitors in review responses or Q&A.
• Misrepresent your services or pricing.
• Accept work that requires us to violate your franchise agreement.

Trademarks

Google Business Profile, Google, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Franchise brand names referenced on this site (Mr. Rooter, Aire Serv, Molly Maid, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. Rankli is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any franchisor.

Limitation of liability

We'll do careful, professional work — but we can't guarantee specific ranking, review, or lead outcomes (nobody who makes that promise is telling the truth). To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Revvance Group, LLC is organized. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in that jurisdiction.
