Who we are

Rankli is a Google Business Profile management service operated by Revvance Group, LLC. Contact: cody@rankli.app.

What we collect

When you run a free audit, we collect the business name, city, and email address you submit. We also log basic analytics (page views, referral source, device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog.

When you become a paying client, we collect additional information needed to deliver the service: Google Business Profile access, brand-voice preferences, escalation contacts, billing details (processed by Stripe), and optionally phone numbers for SMS review requests on Multi and Dominate plans.

How we use it

We use audit submissions to generate your report, email you the results, and — with your permission — follow up about whether you'd like us to manage your GBP. We use client data strictly to deliver the service you're paying for.

We don't sell data. We don't share it with third parties except the subprocessors that make the service work (listed below).

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing cody@rankli.app. We'll action it within 30 days. If you're in California or the EU, you also have the rights granted by CCPA / GDPR (access, correction, portability, erasure).

Email preferences

After you run an audit, we send a short 5-email nurture sequence over 14 days. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Replying "stop" works too.

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page when we change anything material and email existing clients when that happens.
